Flock's Heating & Air Conditioning

Flock’s Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1960 as Flock’s Sheet Metal by Clarence Flock. Sylvester & Ramona Flock bought the business from Clarence in 1970. Two of their sons, Mark and Anthony (Tony) bought the business in 1985 from Sylvester and Ramona. In 1998 a third son, William (Bill) became a partner. In 2002 the name was changed to Flock’s Heating & Air Conditioning to better reflect the nature of the business. In 2008 Flock’s Heating & Air Conditioning was recognized as the ClimateMaster “Wisconsin Geothermal Contractor of the Year”. In 2013, Mark Flock was elected President of the Wisconsin Geothermal Association (WGA), the unified, professional consortium (non-profit) of contractors, manufacturers, design engineers, utilities, educators, and others dedicated to the promotion and growth of Wisconsin’s geothermal heating and cooling industry.

Was very impressed by the quality service we received from Flock’s. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and polite and figured out the problems we were having with our heating and air conditioning quickly and efficiently. He had all the necessary tools to get the job done in one trip and was also knowledgeable in offering good short and long term options for both units (which are both about 15 years old) that would also best fit our budget. It’s nice to know good people like Adam who work hard and are knowledgeable at what they do are still around this area to help when problems arise. Our first call for all/any heating or cooling concerns from now on!

Dean and his team were so nice to work with. The y did an awesome fast job of putting in our ac unit and heating system. They were also nice enough to fix some piping issues in multiple rooms for us that lacked air flow. Now the home is running great. They were so nice, professional and do a great job!

Today it was our good luck to meet and talk to Doug from Flock’s Heating & AC. We have over the last 7 plus years tried to get answers to questions about our Geo Thermal installation and operation and a recent problem. On a referral from Enertech Manufacturing LLC, we gave Flock’s a call. Right on schedule he arrived, asked a few questions, knew what was wrong, and had it repaired a short time later. Not that we’re anxious to have another problem, but we wouldn’t mind talking to Doug again! Great job …
