Flock's Heating & Air Conditioning

Flock’s Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1960 as Flock’s Sheet Metal by Clarence Flock. Sylvester & Ramona Flock bought the business from Clarence in 1970. Two of their sons, Mark and Anthony (Tony) bought the business in 1985 from Sylvester and Ramona. In 1998 a third son, William (Bill) became a partner. In 2002 the name was changed to Flock’s Heating & Air Conditioning to better reflect the nature of the business. In 2008 Flock’s Heating & Air Conditioning was recognized as the ClimateMaster “Wisconsin Geothermal Contractor of the Year”. In 2013, Mark Flock was elected President of the Wisconsin Geothermal Association (WGA), the unified, professional consortium (non-profit) of contractors, manufacturers, design engineers, utilities, educators, and others dedicated to the promotion and growth of Wisconsin’s geothermal heating and cooling industry.

Our air conditioner went out last week. Flocks sent out Travis and he repaired the air conditioner. While he was here we had him check the furnace and he said we might get another winter out of it but there was rusting going on around the pipes that could leak Carbon Monoxide. Both units were 23 years old so we decided to replace both units. Travis ordered the units last week and as of today,August 27th we have both units installed and running beautifully. Travis and his helper did an amazing job and were very friendly and answered all our questions. We will use their services again if we have the need and will recommend them to our friends and family.

The hottest day of the year and of course our air conditioning died. I called expecting my name to be put on a long list. Doug showed up a short time later and was able to get the system running and the house cooled down, and came back in two days to make final repairs and check everything out. We built our house in 2014 and Flock put in our Heating and AC. We were very satisfied with their technicians and office personnel. We have had a few issues with our AC the first year and the technicians never hesitated to come out. This year we has some serious issues with our AC and to our surprise the compressor went out. Flock took care of this issue immediately and John the technician was at our house promptly at 750am the day the compressor came in to install it. Unfortunately, sometimes mechanical things can be lemons but Flock definitely stood behind their equipment and gave us the best customer service and all at NO charge to us. Would recommend Flock to anyone.
